This Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) were created to govern the access, visit and use of the Biogas 101 services available at the Site https://biogas101.com/ .This Site is operated by Green Synergy Digital Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland, with its registered address at: 7 Saint Mochta’s Green, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 (the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

3. Fees and Payment

Biogas101 Membership Program

Biogas101 offers a structured membership program that allows companies and professionals in the biogas and biomethane sector to choose a level of participation that best aligns with their business objectives and visibility needs. The program includes several membership levels: Basic Listing, Membership, and Membership Plus, each offering varying degrees of integration within the Biogas 101 platform and ecosystem. Up-to-date subscription pricing and detailed information about what is included in each package can be found on our website.

Payment for membership is made online via Stripe. All membership payments are processed by Stripe, and Biogas 101 is not responsible for any issues related to the transfer of funds. Users are required to review and accept Stripe’s Terms of Use prior to making any payment.

Price Changes and Updates

Biogas 101 reserves the right to modify membership fees, as well as the terms and pricing of paid services or event participation, with prior notice to users on the Site or via email. Continued use of the membership program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees and terms.

4. General Terms of  Use 

By using Biogas 101, You agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and notices that may be posted on the Site from time to time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of  Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert You about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
